4. Newsletter and Brevo
We use Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH) as our marketing platform to send newsletters. Brevo is a service provider based in Germany/EU.
Double Opt-In (DOI): To ensure that the email address owner actually wishes to receive the newsletter, we use a double opt-in procedure. You will receive a confirmation email after signing up; you must click the link therein to be added to the list.
Tracking Pixels: Our newsletters contain web beacons (pixels) to track opens and clicks. This allows us to tailor content to subscriber interests. Legal Basis: Your consent provided during signup. You can revoke this at any time by unsubscribing.
Data Processing Agreement: We have entered into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Brevo to ensure they process your data strictly in accordance with GDPR requirements.
5. Tracking Technologies and Cookies
Website Cookies: Our website currently does not use non-essential or tracking cookies.
Technical Cookies: Our Service Provider (Brevo) may use technical cookies necessary for the functionality of subscription forms (e.g., anti-spam measures). These are "strictly necessary" under the TTDSG.

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
Newsletter data is stored until you unsubscribe.
